COLLECTING DATA WITH L100

ROEST is connected via Wi-Fi to your device, where you can access the Roasting Web Portal. It includes essential functions: creating profiles, live view of roasting, roasting library, and advanced functions: a cloud with roasting logs for data collection and overlaying logs to analyze data about your roasts and make changes accordingly.

ROEST sample roasters provide you with a lot of information about your roasting: environmental and bean temperature, rate of rise, main motor speed, airflow, power, crack rate, and more.

ROEST L100 has been designed to fulfill the advanced needs of professional quality control or scientific laboratories. It is therefore equipped with extra temperature sensors for exhaust and drum temperature. A heat-resistant design made of aluminum side panels and PTFE handles is also suited for laboratories.
