Technological pluses of the Mignon Libra
Mignon Libra features the “Instant Grind Weighing Technology” and is accompanied by a touch display that allows adjusting the exact weight of the grinding, both for single and double dose.
Always through the touch display you can set up the grinding by weight also in continuous mode, still without producing any waste.
The measuring precision of the weight (between 0,1 and 0,3 grams) is an essential characteristic that makes this an excellent product also when compared to other bigger and much more expensive products. Just as the stability of its performance, top of the line, also while varying the grinder setting.

The machine is able to weigh the output of ground coffee in real-time during the grinding and the metallic Hands-Free fork, extremely fast to adjust without the need for any tools, allows the use of this weighing technology with any type of portafilter.
