IKAWA | Pro100x Sample Roaster with Moisture Release Graph
The Pro100x automates 1st crack detection and creates the Moisture Release Graph using data from the IKAWA Humidity Sensor. Together with new additions like the Roast Chamber Light and USB-C power out, it’s the most advanced IKAWA to date.
The patent-pending Pro100x is an evolution of the IKAWA Sample Roaster. The all-new Humidity Sensor in the Pro100x has unlocked industry-first features such as the Moisture Release Graph and Auto-Detect 1st Crack based on moisture release.
All in all there are seven new features for customers in the Pro100x, all aimed at reducing the time it takes to achieve great sample roasts, improving consistency, and making the whole process easier.
Through development, beta testers have seen significant cost savings through time spent and materials used in sample roasting and production trials. This is just the beginning, and as more customers use the Pro100x there will certainly be more value attributed to the data from the Humidity Sensor.
