Touch 03 brewing system sustainably channels brew water through a highly innovative heating element that eliminates the need for a traditional heating phase. The barista is empowered to easily adjust brew recipes to profile various coffee and tea beverages by varying temperature, brew time, turbulences, delays, volume flow and strength. The TONE Touch 03 offers controlled agitation, programmable flow rates, and detailed adjustment of pulse patterns at the three stages of brewing (blooming, turbulence, development).
It is programmable for batches from 250ml up to 2 liters, making it optimal for single cups or more high-volume coffees. With the two working modes basic and advanced, it is possible to create sets of recipes and adjust water flow. It is possible to brew a pour over and then immediately switch to a tea with no issue on temperature differences - just push the button and brew!
