Arc S | Arc Roaster

This machine closely mimics a true production roaster with a closed-drum environment, stepless airflow control, variable drum speed, and USB port for roast tracking software. Designed by specialty coffee people and manufactured with the highest quality materials, this sample roaster outperforms the competition.
The Arc S joins its larger counterpart the Arc 800, a small batch production roaster. Both were designed and crafted by engineers who have a passion for roasting. The new Arc S provides an affordable, specialty-focused solution for labs who seek a reliable and scalable sample roasting system. The carbon steel drum has a capacity ranging from 50g-200g sample size. It is capable of operating on LPG or LNG gas with 110v or 220v electric. Two K-type thermocouples provide data output and will connect to roast tracking software via USB port. The modular design of the Arc S allows two, three, or four barrels to link together on the same gas and exhaust line, providing customization and scaling as your lab grows. Each barrel operates on its own independent, contained system of heat, exhaust, and cooling. A single barrel footprint measures 28.5"(L) x 10" (W) x 28" (H).
