Flash Chilled Espresso by Brio Coffeeworks is brewed with flavor and mouthfeel in mind. It’s sweet and balanced with a syrupy body and a complex flavor. Using our flash chilled brewing process, we deliver the perfect shot in an RTD format that even espress-ionados will love.

Unless a specialty shop is right around the corner, espresso on the go is a challenging proposition. We wanted to be able to stock our fridge with shots that wouldn’t disappoint. This set us on a mission to recreate the cafe espresso experience in a high fidelity, ultra-convenient cold format. The result? Meet our Flash Chilled Espresso. By brewing hot and rapidly chilling this high TDS brew, the shot retains the flavor complexity and sweetness of our Calypso house espresso, while not missing out on the soft acidity that sets our Flash Chilled Coffee line apart.
