The Ecotact Fermentation Kit brings precision anaerobic fermentation out of the lab and into the farmer's hands - combining hermetic Farmer D'Lite bags, airlocks, and pH strips into one affordable, reusable, on-farm flavor development toolkit.

Anaerobic fermentation has become one of the most exciting flavor levers in specialty coffee - but until now, it has largely been the domain of large washing stations with stainless tanks, sensors, and technical staff. The Ecotact Fermentation Kit changes that. Built around our high oxygen-barrier Farmer D'Lite bags, the kit gives smallholder and estate farmers everything needed to run safe, repeatable anaerobic fermentations directly at origin: two hermetic bags, two S-type airlocks, pH strips (2.5–6.0), a 5.5 m pipe, reusable cable ties, and a step-by-step user manual. The result is a true anaerobic environment - CO₂ escapes, oxygen stays out - at a fraction of the cost of tank-based systems. Farmers gain access to clean, fruit-forward, wine-like profiles, while processors get the consistency and traceability the specialty market demands. Portable, reusable, and farm-ready, it puts experimental processing within reach of every grower.
