MILBOK is a partially condensed milk, inspired by the freeze-distilled process, which has become very popular at barista competitions thanks to its rich and full-bodied taste. However, it is a very time-consuming and unhygienic process. MILBOK offers the solution that uses innovative technology to achieve the same result by reducing the water content of the milk.
The result is a creamier, fuller taste with enhanced nutritional value, free from additives and unnecessary ingredients. The balanced ratio of protein and fat (5.5% : 5.0%) ensures excellent foam stability and structure.
