Each cherry is processed individually, which is a huge competitive advantage when compared with any other coffee pulper in the world. ORFA-2200 Not only preserves the quality of the cherry as a food for human consumption, but also lets you inspect and select cherries before the pulping process, by using additional and proven sorting technology.
We are processing each coffee cherry and pulping it without crushing or pressing them, so we preserve the beans and the pulp during the whole process. Coffee pulp can be used to create secondary products as foods, teas, or seasonings. Existing machines break or cut a percentage of the processed beans and damage the pulp by chopping and smashing them.
In addition, this machine doesn’t require water to operate, and it is powered with a 1 hp motor which is convenient when compared with any other pulping machine.
