Pixeldust takes real crops and transforms them into powdered cafe concentrates to make your coffee drinks more inspired and delicious than ever. In short, we’re giving baristas a whole new playground to explore. It’s real food, captured and powdered at peak flavor, then put to work in culinary-inspired flavor profiles. Micronized food, maximized flavor. And by doing away with the pump, sticky syrup, and artificial ingredients, flavoring your coffee is now a whole lot easier on both you and the planet.
Born out of Montreal’s third-wave specialty coffee scene, Pixeldust is the result of two obsessions: carefully crafted flavor experiences and real food. By playing with a wide array of thoughtfully sourced spices, fruits, and crops from around the globe—including our resident chef’s favorite secret ingredient (a.k.a. salt)—we discovered we could distill all the components needed to create transportive, delicious drinks into powdered form. Now, we’re thrilled to share these dynamic, new cafe concentrates with the people behind the most imaginative and influential cafes across North America.
