The Kickstart Coffee Cart by Prima Coffee Equipment is a fully integrated, ready-to-run mobile coffee cart engineered to eliminate the complexity of building a commercial cart from scratch. Designed for rapid deployment, Kickstart arrives prepared to operate with plumbing, power, and workflow-driven utility access built in. Each cart includes a wall-mounted 1.5 GPM pump and accumulator system, custom snap-and-go water connections, dual power circuits with eight 15/20A outlets, and pre-drilled utility access throughout. Cutouts for the included knock box, pitcher rinser, and hot and cold sink kit are integrated directly into the work surface to support efficient, real-world service. The countertop is finished with a hardened 2K polyurethane topcoat, delivering exceptional resistance to water, chemicals, and stains in high-volume environments. Built from sealed 3/4″ birch and pine, Kickstart provides a 25.5″ × 57″ work surface engineered to support heavy commercial equipment. Two isolated cabinets with pass-through access keep plumbing and electrical organized while maximizing usable storage.
