Our newest innovation is a Geisha Cascara Syrup made from natural geisha coffee husk from Guatemalan farms. This product represents our sustainability efforts better than any other, as we found a way to use this amazing sub-product from coffee that was thrown to the garbage before, and developing an amazing product from it, charged with antioxidants, a small portion of natural caffeine from the coffee fruit, and an amazing flavor where you can taste notes of peach, tamarind, and black tea.
And the best part is that after we manage to get the flavor from the extraction process, we send back to the farms. Where the coffee fruit is used as a fertilizer, making it a 100% sustainable product.
