Choose from 266 global origin reference curves for one-tap automatic roasting, or roast manually by adjusting heat and airflow on-screen or in the app. A companion Bluetooth app lets you monitor, tune, save, and share roast profiles—supported by a roasting community and firmware upgrades that continuously add new curves and optimizations.
