The Encore ESP Pro is Baratza’s latest conical burr grinder and the most recent addition to the beloved Encore series of grinders.

The Encore ESP Pro features an all new Stepless grind adjustment mechanism, a first for Baratza, and at this price point, a first for the industry. The stepless adjustment mechanism, that has 4X the resolution of the Encore ESP in the espresso range, ensures almost any recipe can be dialed-in with ease. Espresso to Cold Brew, but with features that optimize its use for espresso. Ion generation technology reduces both mess created by statically charged coffee particles and grind retention. The “Auto-off” feature stops the grinder motor after the last bean has been ground when using it in “single dose” mode. A bean shut-off mechanism is integrated into the hopper, meaning it’s easy, simple and mess free to swap between different coffees. The “Quick-release” knob holding the center conical burr, makes it a breeze to clean and maintain. A clever “Flow Control” disk means less popcorning and more consistent ground particle size when single dosing.

Critical components are manufactured using high-quality die-cast zinc for strength, precision and durability. The exterior features anodized die-cast metal parts where it matters, combined with durable ABS. The grinder features our revered M2 precision 40mm high-carbon steel conical burr set manufactured by Etzinger in Lichenstein.
