V-Connect is the digital gateway to our Vollers coffee warehouses in Europe. The application allows 24/7 access to the green coffee stock overview and the intuitive placement of orders without the need for logistics knowledge. Usability is paramount and the web portal is constantly being developed.
Ever since the company’s founding in 1932, coffee has been our greatest passion. Today, the Vollers Group is one of the most renowned and experienced logistics service providers in the transport, storage and processing of green coffee. Every year, we handle high-quality coffee that comes to us from over 50 countries.

The new customer portal V-Connect was developed especially for the Specialty Coffee sector and simplifies all communication and order processing. Especially for smaller companies, V-Connect can be the in-house ERP system for managing green coffee. The web application provides each customer with a personal login and numerous functions:
- Online viewing, personalising and downloading of stocks
- Sample orders
- Change of ownership in the warehouse
- Stock picking and delivery orders
- User management
V-Connect and the Vollers know-how across the entire logistics chain of Specialty Coffee is available at the locations Hamburg, Bremen, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Genoa, Trieste, Bury St Edmunds, Naples, Riga, Tallinn and Moscow.
The prime example in the industry for the use of V-Connect is Roasters United. Roasters United is a group of coffee roasters based in Europe committed to work directly with small farmers cooperatives to promote high quality coffees that are organically grown in democracy. The members have agreed on cooperation and distribute the coffees of the different origins among themselves within the warehouse to the members. This is a major organisational effort that has been fully automated through V-Connect.
