Sweetbird Botanical Hibiscus syrup, is an elegant and exotic syrup, exuding a tart red berry flavour and bright, bold colour. Made with real hibiscus the fragrant and beautifully pink syrup adds botanical flair to summer and winter menus. To replicate the hibiscus teas of the Middle East and Turkey the syrup has a light perfume and punchy floral top note that immediately tastes of botanical petals. The complex profile has a sharpness giving a sweet berry fruitiness similar to cranberry, with honey pollen notes. With lighter more delicate flavours fitting with botanicals in nature, this syrup has been developed to match the flavour profile of the original flowers it comes from. Having a lighter flavour profile allows for the option to layer with other flavours as well as using on its own.

Made in Bristol, UK and with British sugar. One bottle gives 62 servings – based on 2 pumps per 12oz drink. It's the perfect partner to with hot chocolate, lemonade and iced tea syrups.


Free from GMO’s, artificial flavourings, preservatives, and colours. Registered with The Vegan Society as well as being in 30% Post-consumer recycled plastic bottles.
