Completely new brewing experience, allowing two brewing with 2 chambers at the same time with different contact times/ratio/recipes/grind sizes. This provides the barista the power to enhance 2 different soluble dissolutions targeting a better cup highlighting the desired flavours
The DUAL chamber filter provides 2 brewing chambers in the same pour-over filter. As easy as placing the filter on the dripper and select the recipe dose and grind of each chamber to be brewed with the goal of extracting 2 coffee soluble at the same extraction, by using different contact time and grind settings (or extractions and coffee). The focus is on the desired cup flavour because the filter is no more a constant on the pour-over, but the way to mix soluble at the same time and cup.
